About the Wisewell Model 1
Model 1 is the floor-standing Wisewell, built for family homes. It connects to your water line or runs from its own tank, and turns ordinary tap water into purified drinking water, ready hot, cold or at room temperature. No deliveries to wait for, no jugs to lift, no plastic bottles stacking up.
- Purified in your own kitchen. Carbon, reverse osmosis and UV work in turn, so every glass is made fresh at home.
- Tested by an independent lab. An accredited lab tested Model 1's water against the GCC drinking water standard, and it passed.
- Three temperatures, one touch. Cold for the kids, hot when you need it, room temperature for everyone else.
- Never runs dry. Plumbed in, the water keeps coming. On the tank, top it up whenever it suits you.

How does Model 1 purify water?
A carbon stage reduces chlorine, sediment and odours. Reverse osmosis then flushes out dissolved salts and metals, including lead. A UV lamp runs for 5 minutes every hour to keep stored water fresh. An accredited lab tested the water against the GCC drinking water standard, and it passed.
How fast does the Wisewell Model 1 pour?
About 180 ml a minute, so a standard glass fills in just over a minute. Set your usual cup size in the app, and one tap pours exactly that.

Does the Wisewell Model 1 need plumbing?
No. Top up the tank from your tap, or connect it to your water line and our team sets it up.
Does it waste water?
Very little for reverse osmosis. For every 4 L of purified water, only about 1 L is left over, because Model 1 reuses part of it. Many reverse osmosis systems throw away more than they make.
How often are the filters replaced?
Two of the three cartridges every 6 months, and the reverse osmosis cartridge every 18 months. The panel shows you which one is due, and the new filter arrives before you need it.
What does the subscription include?
The Wisewell Model 1, free delivery and set-up, maintenance, every replacement filter, support and warranty cover.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our customer service team to submit your request. Your first month is free. If you cancel within 30 days, you'll only be charged a pickup fee (AED 120). From Month 2 onwards, your subscription fee begins and regular cancellation terms apply. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed if there are any unpaid subscription fees. All outstanding payments, along with the applicable cancellation and pickup fees, must be cleared before the cancellation can be completed. Before the scheduled pickup, please make sure the unit is fully prepared with all its accessories, including the manual and the cleaning filters, depending on the model.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. Your first month is free. Billing begins in Month 2. If you cancel within the first month, only a pickup fee applies
