How does Nano+ purify water?
A carbon stage reduces chlorine, sediment and odours. Reverse osmosis then filters down to 0.0001 microns, removing heavy metals and limescale. It all happens on your counter, so every glass is made fresh.
Does Nano+ need plumbing?
Yes. It connects to your water line and drain under the sink, which is how it refills itself. Installation is free, and our technician takes care of it.

How often are the filters replaced?
The carbon filter every 6 months and the reverse osmosis filter every 12 months. The app tracks filter life, and new filters are delivered when they're due, at no cost.
What does the subscription include?
The Wisewell Nano+, free delivery and installation, every replacement filter, the app, support and warranty cover.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. Your first month is free, and billing starts in month 2. If you cancel in your first month, only the AED 120 pick-up fee applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our customer service team to submit your request. Your first month is free. If you cancel within 30 days, you'll only be charged a pickup fee (AED 120). From Month 2 onwards, your subscription fee begins and regular cancellation terms apply. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed if there are any unpaid subscription fees. All outstanding payments, along with the applicable cancellation and pickup fees, must be cleared before the cancellation can be completed. Before the scheduled pickup, please make sure the unit is fully prepared with all its accessories, including the manual and the cleaning filters, depending on the model.
